What areas do you offer delivery coverage to?

We provide delivery to all areas in West Malaysia, except for the following locations: Pulau Ketam, Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Tioman, Genting Highland, Cameron Highland, Kuala Rompin, Endau, Mersing, Padang Besar, Batang Kali, and Bukit Fraser.

Can I try the product before making a purchase?

Certainly! You can visit our E-Concept store by scheduling an appointment with us.

Are there any charges for delivery?

We offer free delivery and installation services. However, additional charges may apply for carrying furniture to the 3rd floor or above without a lift, old furniture disposal, or any other extra services requested.

How long does delivery usually take?

For KL & Selangor areas, delivery typically takes 2-14 working days. For outstation locations, it may take 2-21 working days. Please note that working days do not include weekends and public holidays.

Will I be informed prior to the delivery?

Yes, we will give you a call 1-2 days before the scheduled delivery. Additionally, our driver will contact you 30-45 minutes before their arrival.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you encounter a damaged or wrong product, please take photos or videos and inform us as soon as possible. We will arrange an exchange for products with major defects or those that were delivered incorrectly.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When is the payment due?

You have the option to pay now or choose Cash On Delivery (COD).

Can I pay by card during delivery?

For Cash On Delivery (COD), we accept cash or online banking transfer as payment methods.

What is a wishlist?

A wishlist is a feature that allows you to save items you are interested in for future reference or potential purchase. It helps you keep track of your desired products.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed, it is not possible to cancel it. However, you may contact us to inquire about the status of your order.

Do I have to place my order on the website?

You can either place your order with our sales team or make the purchase directly on our website.

Do I need to make any payment upfront for Cash On Delivery (COD)?

We do not require any deposit for COD purchases. If someone requests a deposit from you, please contact us immediately to report the incident.
